💧 How to Use

1. Apply a thin layer of organic castor oil to the breast area.

2. Place the pack over the breast(s).

3. Cover with a protective layer (like wool or a towel) and apply gentle heat if desired.

4. Use for 30–60 minutes, several times per week, as part of a wellness routine.

5. Wash and air dry between uses.

🧼 Washing Instructions

1. Remove excess oil first

   • Blot with an old towel or paper towel before washing.

   • You can sprinkle a little baking soda or cornstarch to absorb excess oil.

2. Pre-treat the stains

   • Apply a few drops of natural dish soap (like castile soap) directly to the oily area.

   • Gently rub it in and let it sit for 15–30 minutes.

   • For stubborn stains, you can add a splash of white vinegar or a little baking soda paste.

3. Hand wash or machine wash

   • Hand wash in hot water with natural soap or detergent.

   • If machine washing, wash separately or inside an old pillowcase (castor oil can stain). Use hot water and a strong natural detergent.

4. Rinse thoroughly

   • Make sure all soap is rinsed out—oil residue can linger.

5. Air dry

   • Lay flat or hang to dry. Avoid the dryer, since heat can “set” any remaining oil stains.

 Notes:

• Replacement: Replace every 2–3 months or when it becomes too sticky or difficult to wash.
