Apply a thin layer of organic castor oil to the breast area.

Place the pack over the breast(s).

Cover with a protective layer (like wool or a towel) and apply gentle heat if desired.

Remove excess oil first

Blot with an old towel or paper towel before washing.

You can sprinkle a little baking soda or cornstarch to absorb excess oil.

Pre-treat the stains

Apply a few drops of natural dish soap (like castile soap) directly to the oily area.

Gently rub it in and let it sit for 15β30 minutes.

For stubborn stains, you can add a splash of white vinegar or a little baking soda paste.

Hand wash or machine wash

Hand wash in hot water with natural soap or detergent.

If machine washing, wash separately or inside an old pillowcase (castor oil can stain). Use hot water and a strong natural detergent.

Rinse thoroughly
