Carnitine Synergyโ„ข features two forms of the conditionally essential molecule carnitine to support mitochondrial function and energy production. Carnitine is required to transport long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria for beta-oxidation (the process of converting fats into cellular energy).

This formula uniquely combines L-carnitine and its acetylated form (acetyl-L-carnitine) in a 4:1 ratio per capsule to support fatty acid metabolism, energy production, and metabolic health.

Carnitine has key roles in energy balance, especially in using fats as an energy source. It may also:
